Our mission is to empower persons with special needs to grow physically, mentally, socially and spiritually through equestrian and other recreational activities.
Paradise Ranch is located approximately 30 miles north of Nashville Tennessee, in a town called Springfield.
We started our riding program in 1998, with only 8 clients and 4 horses. The program has expanded to including therapeutic horseback riding for both adults and children, with a certified CHA & PATH riding instructor on staff.
Our program for the disabled is set up so that a mount leader and up to two side-walkers are assigned to each client. A session is an hour long and focuses on physically and mentally strengthening the client while teaching them how to ride a horse.
